Joyce specializes in new construction, both in single-family and condo projects and has served the Boston suburbs throughout his career.

“My clients describe me as a dedicated agent who is responsive and very knowledgeable,” says Joyce. In the past year, his biggest professional accomplishment was being the listing agent for an upcoming new- construction condominium project in Scituate, involving 19 condominiums. The project is a testament to his expertise in the luxury market and his ability to successfully navigate complex real estate transactions.

A member of multiple professional organizations, Joyce has won several professional awards and industry recognitions. He attributes his success in real estate to

his ability to listen carefully to his clients and anticipate their needs. “I treat my clients like they are my family. I am able to anticipate

their needs and take the next steps in the transaction, whether we are just beginning our search for properties or well into a transaction,” he says. Sporting a personable and friendly business style, he garners most of his clients from referrals, but he also attracts clients through networking.
