A titan of the real estate industry with 19 years of experience, Bryan Joyce, Realtor at Compass, is leading the industry to new heights. “I’ve always been interested in real estate and decided to pursue it wholeheartedly. In the past year, his biggest professional accomplishment was being the listing agent for an upcoming new- construction condominium project in Scituate, involving 19 condominiums. The project is a testament to his expertise in the luxury market and his ability to successfully navigate complex real estate transactions.

his ability to listen carefully to his clients and anticipate their needs. “I treat my clients like they are my family. I am able to anticipate
